2009 Annual General Meeting
The 2009 Annual General Meeting was held
on Wednesday 28 October 2009
at Science House, 11 Turnbull St, Thorndon, Wellington
5:30 pm drinks and dinner,
7:30 pm AGM followed by a lecture by
by Yvonne Curtis about the past and future of Futuring.
(Neville Jordan is unavailable, hence the change in lecture.)
Yvonne Curtis MSc (Hons)
Yvonne was active in tertiary chemistry education for over 30 years and has been involved with the New Zealand Futures Trust since 1982, as a researcher, a workshop facilitator, a writer for and editor of Future Times. She has been on the executive and on the Board at various times.
Yvonne is a member of the Wellington Branch of the Federation of Graduate Women, an elder of the Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand and a Past Moderator of Wellington Presbytery. Yvonne was also a Board Member of Scots College for eight years.
Yvonne was a keen tennis player and now enjoys watching cricket and tennis. She is a stamp collector, enjoys music, reading, gardening, and time with her extended family - however spare time is still an unusual luxury for this busy futurist.
